The UNC Tomorrow document provides legislative power to incorporate sustainability initiatives for all UNC schools. Most schools have their own individual legislation besides or in addition to the UNC Tomorrow document and some institutions have Global commitments that will give them leveraging power.
Institutions within or outside of the UNC system should list other legislation that will provide them leverage in accomplishing their sustainability efforts. These documents can serve as a model for institutions to either initiate legislation or strengthen existing legislation.
www.nctomorrow.org/ The UNC Tomorrow Document is applicable to all schools in the UNC system and the main area of focus for our goals is found in the 4.6.1 through 4.6.3 sections (a more direct link will soon be provided)
